Neither Accident Angels nor lawyers acting on your behalf will charge you for their professional services. In most cases, the third party insurers involved will be asked to meet these. You may incur legal costs should you wish to close your claim once underway.

For your protection, all our lawyers must operate on a ‘no-win, no-fee’ basis, although there are exceptions.

In some circumstances, i.e medical negligence cases or criminal injuries cases, an individual agreement will be discussed between yourself and your lawyer before the claim commences.

Scottish law is also slightly different and your case manager will explain how this works before you make any decision or are under any obligation to proceed.
